What’s Old is New Again!

Well, guess what? We’re back at it! After rebranding to Dealer Recall Solutions last year, we’ve decided to bring the Rabbit back. That’s right—RecallRabbit is hopping back into action!

This decision wasn’t made lightly. After many thoughtful conversations with our customers, investors, and vendors—along with some serious soul-searching—we realized that the Rabbit embodies who we are and what we stand for. While it may seem a little, well, schizophrenic (we prefer to call it passionate!), we’re thrilled to return to our roots and embrace the brand that started it all.

What’s next?  As always, our goal remains the same: to drive more service customers into the dealership.   To achieve this, we’re doubling down on innovation and are committed to developing new ways to leverage technology. Our focus is on helping dealerships better communicate with their customers to emphasize the importance of getting recall repairs completed promptly and safely.

Expect exciting updates to our website, along with a refreshed look and feel for the Rabbit. We’re re-energized and ready to deliver even more value to our dealership partners.
